Looks like Summer

I was walking around yesterday when I met a girlfriend of mine who looking at me said: “Mavi! You look like summer”.

That is when I realized that this look I had been walking in for the past couple of day was deserving of blogging, because “summer” was exactly what I was thinking about while putting it together!

Good Girl Gone Bad

So, Christmas is coming, its end of the month soon which means tier time *sighs* and money really is, too tight to mention – so what do you do ? Recycle – it is one of my favourite things to do with my inventory, turning old into new and bringing things bang up to date with your own lil’ twist – and this is exactly what i have done here. The skirt, was actually one of the first items i bought with linden dollars in SL way back in 2007 from Canimal! I’ve mixed it up with some not so older items and a few newer pieces to make it work well. The texture still rocks with this skirt after all this time, as does the sweet cutesy flexi movement of the skirt and petticoats.

Breast Is Best

October herald’s the beginning of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and with so many outfits and items out there this month supporting the cause, i’m sure we can all find something useful for everyone – poses, clothes, etc etc. As many of you know, ‘pink’ is the colour and so i thought i’d put together this little ensemble in my show of support for the cause. Autumn Fall

Searching through my inventory with the intention of recycling classics to take me into autumn, i came across some old fave’s of mine from last year. Clubbed together with the Classic boots from Tesla and this gorgeous Denim jacket from en Svale, they are brought right up to date for a cute but casual outfit.
